8 августа все любители семейства кошачьих будут поздравлять своих любимцев. Наши четвероногие друзья - помощники на протяжении многих веков находятся рядом с homo sapiens.Каждый из нас каждый день по несколько раз встречается с представителями семейства кошачьих. Много мы знаем о их повадках , нраве , своеобразии. Но ни один не скажет ,то полностю владеет ихними душами.

If you have an individual pocliy, and have had it for less than 2 years, insurance companies will often hire companies to go thru all your records to find any little thing you might have forgotten to write down on your application form. Then they say you lied on your application, and drop you. They have a computer program that watches for expensive treatments, and if you come down with something expensive in that first 2 year period, the computer program flags your file, and off to one of these companies for analysis it goes. Otherwise, they should not be able to drop you. so far as raising your rates, I am not sure. That may vary by state, so call your state's insurance office and talk to someone there. States set their own rules for insurance, so nobody here on yahoo can help you with that. Depression would probably be treates like any other illness. Before you take a risk, are you in a state with mental health parity? Mental health may not be covered by your insurance anyhow. And also, know that for mild to moderate depression, antidepressants help no more than a placebo, research shows (go read the latest newsweek for more on this, or google that topic). For severe depression, antidepressants help only a modest amount, if at all hard to know, because antidepressants are not tested against an active placebo with side effects, so most everyone in these research studies figures out who is on the active drug and who isn't, after awhile. Make a list of things that make you happy, like: bread fresh from the oven, the scent of Jergen's cherry almond lotion, the crisp sound of a saltine cracker breaking, fresh sheets on the bed, standing in the boat flicking topwater lures onto the water, etc. Use all your senses read that list when you are breaking downWork on time management if you are overwhelmed. Cut back on other responsibilities so you can spend more restorative time with friends family. Ask for help if depression makes it hard to keep up with chores.Spend more time with your pet, if you have one. Both of you will appreciate the time.DON'T listen to sad music! It makes things worse! Listen to upbeat stuff- same with movies novels. DISTRACT yourself when you are hurting. Read a novel, watch a comedy, go out with friends, play cards, play a video game, whatever is mentally all-consuming. This is VERY helpful in a crisis!!Volunteer. Research shows that helping others makes you feel better about yourself. It also keeps you more involved in the community. Many people find comfort being involved in religion. Get help from your pastor. Some pastors from conservative faiths don't “believe” in mental illness tell you to go off your meds pray more – don't go to such a pastor for “help” if your faith is like this.Put a half-smile on your face. Changing your expression is proven to help change mood.For chronic severe depression, go to mentalhealthrecovery.com order a $10 WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan) booklet – write up your own daily plan to maintain mental health a crisis checklist. Fill out a psychiatric advance directive to protect your rights inform professionals about your care. Links to your state's free PAD at bazelon.org. If suicidal (not just “suicidal ideation,” but I mean, you are impulsive or have a plan), find a community hospital with inpatient behavioral health (see yellow pages). I learned this information from classes books.PS if you have an individual pocliy and have had it for less than 2 years (after that, your pocliy is incontestable) you better believe there is a risk that they will try hard to dump you if you need expensive treatment for anything. I'm sure some companies are much worse than others so google around try bad faith as one of your google search parameters. This kind of crap is why I am very upset health insurance reform is going down the tubes. I have no gripe if people actually committed fraud, but they dump people off cancer treatment if they forgot to report a migraine headache prescription once 9 years ago.

Planned Parenthood helps a lot of women with different types of isneeslls and even undiagnosed cancer, and they also encourage safe sex. BUT, as you probably know, Planned Parenthood provides abortions for women who have an unplanned pregnancy. I don't support abortion, you shouldn't kill someone who hasn't even gotten the chance to live yet. But at the same time, I don't think the government has the right to tell a woman what they can and cannot do with their bodies. And also, by stopping Planned Parenthood, a lot of women with diseases and undiagnosed cancers will remain untreated. What are your thoughts on this?
